This hearty, flavourful and 100% vegan broth is based on naturally fermented chickpea miso, a savoury Japanese delicacy that supplies folic acid, vitamins B, E and K, and many essential minerals as well as good bacteria that contribute to better digestive health and overall wellbeing. Mixed in are four types of mushrooms, including three from traditional Chinese medicine: lion’s mane (the “smart mushroom”), reishi (the “mushroom of immortality”) and shiitake (believed beneficial for the skin and hair).
